They got my order wrong, twice (ordered matcha latte)… didn’t bother to go back a second time, just left the drink there. I have been in Starbucks’ around the world and I haven’t received a service like this anywhere else… Disappointing and frustrating.

Very poor service--out of half the menu and that is not an exaggeration. Rude workers, did not get the things I ordered --was only told they were out of strawberries after I got my pink drink for example.

The worker named Joena Elle treated me disrespectfully. Her and her other Co worker named Jay laughed in my face when I asked them to fix order. I will never go to a Starbucks ever again, clearly they enjoy employing horrific people. Especially at this particular Starbucks!!!

The fellow making the drinks was great, but the girl taking the orders was terrible. I ordered a caramel macchiato, she wrote on the cup a non fat latte

Don't allow orders from their own app. Why have the app if you won't accept it? I was traveling with a dog and app ordering really makes things easier. Out of lot things on the menu...

This place has the worst service! Two of the employees were just standing around. Only one person was doing both task of taking orders and making the orders. As you can see there’s a long line of people waiting.
